Team Workflow

Hyperdocs is built for teams. Multiple people can edit docs simultaneously, with changes synced in real time and a full audit trail.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Project Settings → Team and invite members by email. You can assign one of three roles:

•Viewer — read-only access to all pages

•Editor — can create and edit pages

•Admin — full access including publishing and settings

Enable the review flow in Settings → Publishing. Editors submit pages for review, and admins approve before publication.
